36th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 11 May 2026, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the bills proposed for the agenda of the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2026.
After the submitter MP Miroslav Petrasinovic presented the Bill amending the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Election of MPs, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court, the Committee found all of them to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Olja Petrovic, Vesna Nedovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Jasmina Palurovic, Milos Gnjidic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Risto Kostov, Ana Krstic, Uros Djokic, Slobodan Petrovic, Nikola Bokan, Dijana Radovic and Dragan Nikolic.
