34th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 14 April 2026, the members of the European Integration Committee considered in principle the Bill on Trade Practices for Certain Types of Products, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Trade, and the Bill on Consumer Protection, submitted by the Government.

The bills were presented by special advisor at the Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Sandra Dokic and associates.

Following a discussion, the Committee moved to propose that the National Assembly adopt the bills.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Stanislava Janosevic, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Dragan Jonic, Sanja Dzajic, Branislav Josifovic, Zeljko Rebraca, Zagorka Aleksic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Zdravko Mladenovic and Ana Miljanic.
