34th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 13 December, the members of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the following agenda:

  1. Proposal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia to Grant Consent to the Temporary Implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia on Border Crossings before its coming into force;
  2. Proposal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia to Grant Consent to the Temporary Implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia on Cross-Border Transport before its coming into force;
  3. Proposal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia to Grant Consent to the Temporary Implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Common Crossing Points before its coming into force;
  4. Proposal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia to Grant Consent to the Temporary Implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Cross-Border Transport before its coming into force.
The Government’s proposals were presented by secretary of the Ministry of the Interior Milica Catic.

The Committee granted consent to the proposals submitted by the Government by majority vote.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Marija Obradovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sandra Bozic, Borisav Kovacevic, Stefana Miladinovic, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Dubravka Filipovski, MA Igor Becic, Milovan Drecun, Aleksandar Markovic and Jasmina Obradovic.
