34th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 27 April 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law and the Bill amending the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance.

The Committee members found the amendments submitted to articles 5 and 7 of the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, and to Article 1 of the Bill amending the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Insurance by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Djuro Peric, Toma Fila, Jovan Palalic, Arpad Fremond and Milenko Jovanov.
