34th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
On 23 January, the Committee held its first electronically conducted sitting.
At the sitting, the Committee formulated the text of its response to the Constitutional Court regarding two initiatives to launch proceedings to estimate the constitutionality of the provision of article 87, paragraph 4, of the Personal Income Tax Law and the provisions of article 37, paragraph 3 and paragraph 42, of the Veterinary Medicine Law.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
