32nd Sitting of the European Integration Committee
At the sitting held on 26 January 2022 and closed to the public, the European Integration Committee considered and gave a positive opinion to the Proposal of the Negotiating Position of the Republic of Serbia for the Intergovernmental Conference on the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union for Chapter 28 – Consumer and Health Protection, with the recommendation that the legal-technical revision include into the text of the Proposal of the Negotiating Position the new Consumer Protection Law, adopted by the National Assembly on 9 September 2021 and which came into force on 20 December 2021 (RS Official Gazette No.88/21).
