The Bill was presented by Suzana Andrejevic Stefanovic of the Ministry of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection Harmonisation Department. She said that the proposed amendments relate to the harmonisation of obligations stipulated for all states signatories of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction, the Republic of Serbia among them. She also said that the ministries in charge of defence, environmental protection and foreign trade are responsible for the Bill.
