32nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 16 April 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office to Sanja Calovic for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Sanja Calovic, elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected MP’s term of office.

The Committee then agreed to pass documents granting cost compensation for apartment lease for six MPs who had signed lease contracts, by having them submit the annexes of said contracts, signed under the same conditions, to the Committee.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Goran Milic, Bojan Torbica, Igor Jaksic, Dane Stanojcic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Stefan Kitanovic and Marko Milosevic.
