31st session of the Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee’s thirty-first session was held on 28 June 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.

The session discussed and in principle endorsed the Bankruptcy Proceedings Bill, the Bill on the Trustee Licencing Agency, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Social Protection and the Provision of Social Security, the Value Added Tax Bill, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Sales Tax Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Bill on Contributions for Compulsory Social Insurance, include the Lotteries Bill, the Medicines and Medical Supplies Bill, the Energy Bill and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Ministries’ Act.
The Legislative Committee discussed the proposal and initiative to assess the constitutionality of Article 78 of the Act on Pension and Disability Insurance, and took the view that the article was in accordance with both legislation and the Constitution.
