31st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 28 August 2026, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government submitted three amendments of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic.
The Committee submitted amendments to articles 4, 7 and 8 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, which the submitter, MP Miroslav Petrasinovic, accepted.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branko Pavlovic, Lidija Nacic, Natasa Milas Milic, Djordje Komlenski, Nikola Bokan, Risto Kostov, Jasmina Palurovic, Jovan Palalic, Dragan Nikolic and Boris Bajic.
