31st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 6 December, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

The Committee ascertained that terms of office had been allocated to Aleksandar Senic and Biljana Hasanovic Korac, from the CHOICE FOR BETTER LIFE - BORIS TADIC Electoral List, and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.

The Committee also discussed the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Gojko Radic and Mirko Cvetkovic. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the termination of the MPs’ terms of office.

At the sitting, the Committee also established the list of A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
