30th Sitting of the European Integration Committee
At the sitting held on 3 December 2021, the members of the European Integration Committee considered, in principle, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents, submitted by the Government.
The amendments and modifications aim to harmonise the existing Law with the newest EU regulations and eliminate certain deficiencies noted in its implementation. The Bill completes the harmonisation of the existing Law with relevant EU regulations.
The Committee members accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents, in principle, by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Goran Milic, Enis Imamovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Ana Miljanic, Viktor Jevtovic, Stanislava Janosevic, Dijana Radovic, Ilija Matejic, Dr Muamer Bacevac, Milan Radin, Vesna Markovic and Ana Pesic.
