30th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee
At the sitting held on 24 August 2026, the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on National DNA Register, Bill on the Confirmation of the General Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Police Organisation – INTERPOL, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects (Protocol V), submitted by the Government
The bills were presented by assistant secretary of the Ministry of the Interior Milan Andric, after with the Committee adopted them.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Milovan Drecun, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Darko Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Marko Milenkovic, Goran Rakic, Jasmina Obradovic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Dr Dusan Bajatovic, Dragan M.
