2nd session of the European Integrations Committee
At the session held on 22 March the Committee was acquainted with the activities of the Department for European Integration of the Ministry of International Economic Relations from 2002 to 2004.The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Miroljub Labus, addressed the deputies, presenting the programme of the Serbian Government's EU Accession Office, and stressing the importance of our country's accession to the EU as soon as possible.
At the session held on 22 March the Committee was acquainted with the activities of the Department for European Integration of the Ministry of International Economic Relations from 2002 to 2004.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Miroljub Labus, addressed the deputies, presenting the programme of the Serbian Government's EU Accession Office, and stressing the importance of our country's accession to the EU as soon as possible.
The Committee endorsed, in principle, the Office's Programme of Activities, expressing the need for regular communication with the Office and co-ordination of the two bodies' activities.
The session was chaired by Ksenija Milivojevic, chairperson of the Committee.
