2nd session of the Constitutional Issues Committee
The Constitutional Issues Committee was reconstituted at its second session, held on 29 March.The session was chaired by Predrag Markovic, chairman of the Committee.
The Constitutional Issues Committee was reconstituted at its second session, held on 29 March.
The session was chaired by Predrag Markovic, chairman of the Committee. The Committee reached agreement on the commencement of work on the preparation of the new Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
A working group was formed, composed of one representative of each Deputies’ Group at the Serbian Assembly, and charged with drafting the Proposal of the Decision on Initiating Procedure for the Adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
