2nd session of the Constitutional Commission held

The second session of the Constitutional Commisssion was held on 12 May 2003 at 2 p.m., at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.


The second session of the Constitutional Commisssion was held on 12 May 2003 at 2 p.m., at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. Members of the Commission adopted the following agenda:

1. Proposal of a Decision on the Participation of Experts and Other Persons and Organisations in the Work of the Constitutional Commission;
2. Debate on the structure of the Constitution of Serbia;
3. Miscellaneous.

The Constitutional Commission adopted the Decision on the Participation of Experts and Other Persons and Organisations in the Work of the Constitutional Commission and commenced debate on the structure of the Constitution of Serbia and the formation of sub-committees.

The third session of the Constitutional Commission will be held on Tuesday 13 May at 6 p.m.
