29th session of the Committee on Health and the Family
At its twenty-ninth session, held on 15 November, the Committee on Health and the Family discussed, in principle, the Serbian Red Cross Bill, the Bill on Health Practitioners’ Chambers, the Bill on Substances Used in Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs, and the Health Care Bill.
At its twenty-ninth session, held on 15 November, the Committee on Health and the Family discussed, in principle, the Serbian Red Cross Bill, the Bill on Health Practitioners’ Chambers, the Bill on Substances Used in Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs, and the Health Care Bill.
The Bills were presented by the Minister of Health, Tomica Milosavljevic.
After the discussion concluded, members of the Committee endorsed the Bills in principle by a majority of votes.
When the session continued (on 16 November), the Committee on Health and the Family discussed amendments submitted to the Serbian Red Cross Bill. Of a total of twenty-three, six were endorsed, while one was withdrawn. The Committee also discussed the particulars of the Bill on Substances Used in Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs. One amendment submitted to this Bill was rejected, while another three were withdrawn.
