29th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 14 April 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the bills on the agenda for the Eighth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021.

The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Energy Law, Bill on Use of Renewable Energy Sources, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mining and Geological Research, and the Bill on Energy Efficiency and Rational Energy Use, submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Ilija Matejic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Violeta Ocokoljic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila and Arpad Fremond.
