28th session of the Administrative Committee
The Administrative Committee’s twenty-eighth session was held on 18 August 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Tomislav Nikolic.

The Committee ruled that the salary of Boris Tadic, President of the Republic, should be determined according to a coefficient of 15, in accordance with the Act on Salaries in State Bodies and Public Services.
The Committee discussed and adopted the requests of Drazen Kendrisic, Zagorka Dolovac, Stanko Vujic and Slobodanka Jovicic, to be granted salary rights after the termination of office of deputy public prosecutors in Novi Sad.
The request made by Branimir Trajkovic, to be granted salary rights after the termination of office of deputy to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, was also discussed and adopted.
The Committee also discussed requests made by judicial officials for the instituting of criminal proceedings against certain deputies to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to be approved.
