28th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 24 August 2026, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following bills:
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notaries, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending the Law on Judges, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill on the Judicial Academy, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending the Law on Lobbying, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Prosecution, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Government, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic, in principle;
- Bill amending the Law on the Return of Seized Property and Compensation, submitted by MP Dane Stanojcic, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Eliminating the Consequences of the Seizure of Assets of Holocaust Victims With No Living Legal Heirs, submitted by MP Dane Stanojcic, in principle;
- Bill amending the Law on Civil Servants, submitted by MP Ugljesa Markovic, in principle;
