28th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 10 July 2023, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Ljubomir Maric, elected from Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Together We Can Do Anything”, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected MP’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Svetozar Vujacic, Aleksandar Markovic, MA Danijela Vujicic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Sandra Bozic, Radovan Arezina, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Ana Miljanic, Andrijana Vasic and Dragana Miljanic.
