By majority vote, the Committee members accepted the Bill amending the Law on Organization of Courts, Bill on Public Service Employees, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Employees in Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, Bill on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salary System in Public Sector, in principle, all submitted by the Government.

The Committee went on to establish the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Basic Court in Novi Pazar and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Commercial Court in Leskovac and forwarded them to the National Assembly to be reviewed.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Slavisa Bulatovic, Mihailo Jokic, Djordje Komlenski, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Zarko Micin, Miletic Mihajlovic, Jovan Palalic, Aleksandra Majkic, Balint Pasztor and Sreto Peric.
