27th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 11 May, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills proposed for the agenda of the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017.


The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Judges, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (First Public Expenditure and Public Utilities Development Policy Loan) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financing Agreement “Improvement of Judicial Facilities B” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Serbian Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
