27th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 10 July 2023, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Nenad A. Mitrovic.

The Committee ascertained that said situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6 of the Law on Election of MPs which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office and adopted the Report proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the term of office of MP Nenad A. Mitrovic.

The Committee members then considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Ivan Kostic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from his family.

The Committee also adopted the Decree noting the termination of office of Acting National Assembly Assistant Secretary General - Head of the Legislative Sector.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Djordje Komlenski, Radmila Vasic, Slavisa Ristic, Radovan Arezina, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Ana Miljanic, Andrijana Vasic, Dragana Miljanic, Aleksandar Markovic, Veroljub Matic, Sandra Bozic and Zivota Starcevic.
