27th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 30 October, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Radoslav Komlenovic, from the IVICA DACIC - SOCIALIST PARTY OF SERBIA (SPS), PARTY OF UNITED PENSIONERS OF SERBIA (PUPS), UNITED SERBIA (US) Electoral List, as well as to Radmilo Kostic from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List.
The Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
