26th session of the Legislative Committee
At its twenty-sixth session, held on 20 May, the Legislative Committee discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Foundations of the Education System and the Bill on Medicines and Medical Supplies, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At its twenty-sixth session, held on 20 May, the Legislative Committee discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Foundations of the Education System and the Bill on Medicines and Medical Supplies, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The session was attended by representatives of the appropriate Ministries.
The Committee ruled that the Bills were in accordance with both the Constitution and the legal system.
