26th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 8 July 2026, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government determined the Committee’s amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code.

The Committee formulated two amendments, to articles 4 and 5 of the Bill, which were accepted by Minister of Justice Nenad Vujic as representative of the submitter.

The Committee then proceeded to consider the amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code. The Government and the Committee did not accept the 10 submitted amendments.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Natasa Milic Milas, Jasmina Palurovic, Boris Bajic, Risto Kostov, Lidija Nacic, Djordje Komlenski, Dragan Nikolic, Biljana Ilic Stosic, Goran Spasojevic and Branko Pavlovic.
