26th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 8 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations and Acts, submitted by the Government, and the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by MPs Aleksandar Jugovic, Olgica Batic, Mirko Cikiriz, Zika Gojkovic and Aleksandar Cotric, in principle.

The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept both bills.
At the sitting, the Committee formulated the Conclusion proposals on the review of the Ombudsman’s 2012 Regular Annual Report

The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
