26th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 15 April 2021, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered complaints of breach of the MPs’ Code of Conduct.

The Committee members ruled to reject as unfounded and suspend the proceedings to ascertain the MPs’ accountability on the complaints lodged against MP Dr Vladimir Orlic by Jovana Djurbabic, MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic by Ivana Savic, MP Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic by Tamara Brankovic and against MP Sandra Bozic by Aleksandra Sreckovic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Luka Kebara, Branimir Spasic, Viktor Jevtovic, Miroslav Kondic, Dijana Radovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Adam Sukalo, Veroljub Matic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Sandra Bozic and Ivana Nikolic.

The sitting was also attended by MPs Dr Vladimir Orlic and Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.
