24th session of the Legislative Committee
The twenty-fourth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 12 May 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.

The Committee ruled that thirteen amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Act were legally possible, as was one amendment submitted to the Bill on the Commercial Registries Agency.
The session also discussed three amendments submitted to the Corporation Registration Bill. The Committee will propose to the National Assembly to reject one amendment, while the remaining two were assessed as legally possible.
