23rd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 26 March, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed, in principle, five of the bills included in the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2013.
The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill on Special Measures for the Prevention of Crimes against Sexual Freedom against Minors, Bill on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime, Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Corruption and other Severe Criminal Offenses, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on Mutual Protection and Exchange of Confidential Information.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
