The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of MPs Dragana Lukic, elected from the Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop”, and Vladimir Zagradjanin and Dragan Markovic, elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, left vacant seats in the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Dr Marko Milenkovic, elected from the Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop”, as well as Vojislav Vujic and Aleksandar Antic, elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, the Committee ascertained that their term of office can be verified and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs, Marko Milenkovic,, Vojislav Vujic and Aleksandar Antic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Djordje Komlensk, Goran Milic, Srdjan Milivojevic, Igor Jaksic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Snezana Paunovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
