22nd session of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At its session held on 21 December 2004, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed information received from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia on the termination of office of Justices of the Constitutional Court, Ljubomir Popovic (at his own request) and Mirjana Rasic (due to mandatory old-age retirement).
At its session held on 21 December 2004, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed information received from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia on the termination of office of Justices of the Constitutional Court, Ljubomir Popovic (at his own request) and Mirjana Rasic (due to mandatory old-age retirement). The Committee established the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of Justices of the Constitutional Court.
The session also discussed information received from the Supreme Court of Serbia on the termination of office of Justice Katarina Manojlovic-Andric, and established the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office.
The Committee is to suggest to the National Assembly to discuss the proposals of decisions as part of the “Termination of office and election of judicial officials” item from the agenda of the Eighth Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Jovan Palalic.
