22nd Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee
At the sitting held on 27 November, the members of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the following bills submitted by the Government:
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Parties to the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe on the Automated Exchange of DNA Data, Dactyloscopic Data and Vehicle Registration Data accompanied by the Agreement on the Implementation of the Agreement between the Parties to the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe on the Automated Exchange of DNA Data, Dactyloscopic Data and Vehicle Registration Data,
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the international road border crossing Jabuka (Republic of Serbia) - Rance (Montenegro),
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the international rail border crossing Prijepolje (Republic of Serbia) - Vrbnica-Bijelo Polje (Montenegro),
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the opening of common border crossing Godovo (Republic of Serbia) - Vuca (Montenegro) for international road transport,
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the regulation of border transit regime,
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the opening of common border crossing Granice (Republic of Serbia) - Cemerno (Montenegro) for international road transport,
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the international road border crossing Spiljani (Republic of Serbia) - Dracenovac (Montenegro), and
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on the international road border crossing Gostun (Republic of Serbia) - Dobrakovo (Montenegro).
The Committee members adopted the bills by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Marija Obradovic, and was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Momcilo Mandic, Sandra Bozic, Zoran Radojicic, Borislav Kovacevic, Krsto Janjusevic, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Vladan Zagradjanin, Dubravka Filipovski, Jasmina Obradovic and Aleksandar Markovic.
