21st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 31 July, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

The Committee established that MPs’ terms of office had been allocated to Gordana Topic and Djordje Cabarkapa, candidates on the IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS), United Serbia (US)” electoral list, and proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
