21st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 6 October, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the request made by the Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime to revoke the immunity of MP Oliver Dulic, in the case KTI.21/12.
Following a debate, the Committee passed the Proposal of the Decision on the revocation of MP’s immunity, proposing the revocation of immunity of MP Oliver Dulic and allowing him to be criminally prosecuted for abuse of office pursuant to article 359 of the Criminal Code and detained, as per the request made by the Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime KTI. No.21/12.
