20th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 7 February 2023, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Having reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Ilo Mihajlovski, elected from the Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Together We Can Do Anything”, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected MP’s term of office.

The Committee also established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Djordje Komlenski, Aleksandar Mirkovic, Vojislav Mihailovic, Bojan Torbica, Radovan Arezina, Ana Miljanic, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Stefan Jovanovic, Veroljub Matic, Zivota Starcevic and Nikola Dragicevic.
