The Committee decided to forward to the National Assembly a Report stating that the resignations tendered by MPs Bojan Pajtic, MA Marko Milenkovic and Marko Blagojevic fall within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs terms of office.

The Committee members went on to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by Nikola Jelic, member of the Republic Electoral Commission, to assume another public office.
