The nineteenth session of the Justice and Administration Committee was held on 1 December 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Jovan Palalic.

The session discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill on the Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee endorsed one.
Committee members resolved to ask the Ministry of Justice for information on the number of persons held in custody from 12 March 2003 to the end of Operation Sabre, as well as on charges brought against such persons.
