The Administrative Committee’s eighteenth session discussed demands of judicial officials for the approval of legal proceedings against certain National Assembly deputies. A specially-appointed commission decided to uphold the immunity of all deputies cited in the requests; the commission will, therefore, submit a report to the Serbian Assembly, asking the Assembly to confirm that immunity is to be upheld in all cases under consideration.

The Administrative Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision Setting Out Remuneration for Catering Expenses of Employees of the Administrative Service of the National Assembly, also endorsing the secretary’s proposals for the posting of employees at the Administrative Service of the National Assembly.

The session was held on 7 April, and was chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, chairman of the Committee.
