18th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 1 March, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the notification of the Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) Parliamentary Group on the grounds for termination of term of office of MP Konstantin Arsenovic.

The Committee members unanimously decided to forward to the National Assembly a Report stating that the death of MP Konstantin Arsenovic falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which death is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Momo Colakovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dusica Stojkovic, MD-PhD Darko Laketic, Aleksandar Markovic, Aleksandra Djurovic, Dr Vesna Rakonjac, Katarina Rakic, Djordje Milicevic, Vojislav Vujic and Branka Stamenkovic.
