18th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 25 September 2012, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues adopted a Decision amending the Decision on the amount of remuneration for work at the High Judicial Council, establishing special remuneration for Council members from the ranks of lawyers and law faculty professors, in the amount of an MP’s supplement fee.


The Committee also adopted a Decision amending the Decision on the amount of remuneration for work at the State Prosecutors Council, establishing special remuneration for Council members from the ranks of lawyers and law faculty professors, in the amount of an MP’s supplement fee.
At the sitting, the Committee adopted decrees establishing the right to monthly compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade of MPs Ivan Jokovic, Zivojin Stankovic and Ruzica Igic, for the payment of a monthly compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade.
The Committee also adopted a Decree, again rejecting as unfounded the complaint of Sinisa Stamenkovic to the Committee’s decree 22 No. 120-1405/12.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
