18th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 30 September 2025, the members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, done at Paris on 3 April 2001, and the Protocol to amend the Agreement of 3 April 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine in relation to the transfer of the headquarters, adopted in Paris, 21 May 2022, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members also considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Law on Market Placement of Timber and Timber Products, also submitted by the Government, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Activity Information for the period 1 April – 30 June 2025.

On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the bills and the Activity Information, were presented by State Secretary Jelena Blagojevic and Assistant Minister Nenad Katanic.

The Committee members adopted, by majority vote, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, done at Paris on 3 April 2001, and the Protocol to amend the Agreement of 3 April 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine in relation to the transfer of the headquarters, adopted in Paris, 21 May 2022 and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Law on Market Placement of Timber and Timber Products, submitted by the Government, as well as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Activity Information for the period 1 April – 30 June 2025.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic, and attended by the following Subcommittee members and deputy members: Radoslav Milojicic, Borislav Antonijevic, Jozsef Tobias, Miroslav Aleksic, Milija Miletic, Veroljub Matic, Dejan Bulatovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Dusan Nikezic, Ivana Stamatovic and Zika Gojkovic.
