17th session of the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues
At its session held on 26 October 2005, the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the particulars of the Bill on Health and Safety at Work.
At its session held on 26 October 2005, the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the particulars of the Bill on Health and Safety at Work.
Committee members rejected all 24 amendments submitted to the Bill. The Committee availed itself of the possibility, foreseen by Article 140 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, of Committees submitting amendments to bills between the conclusion of discussion on a bill in principle and the start of discussion of the bill’s particulars, and submitted an amendment to Article 35 of the Bill on Health and Safety at Work.
