17th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 20 December, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 48 of the Law on Enforcement and Security (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 106/15), submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provisions of Article 1, Article 5, paragraph 1 and Article 53, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Expropriation Law (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 53/95, 23/01-SUS, 20/09 and 55/13-US), submitted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miroljub Stankovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Kovacevic Zaric, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Aleksandar Markovic, Bajro Gegic and Jasmina Obradovic.
