17th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 24 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed, in principle, the Bill on the Assumption of Assets and Liabilities of Certain Banks for the purpose of Maintaining the Stability of the Financial System of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government.
The Committee established that the Bill adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
