17th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 21 December 2022, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Lav-Grigorije Pajkic and Krsto Janjusevic.

The Committee ascertained that this situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, and adopted the Report proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs’ term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Biljana Ilic Stosic, Aleksandar Mirkovic, Zoran Stojanovic, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Radovan Arezina, Veroljub Matic, Ana Miljanic, Janko Veselinovic, Vojislav Vujic, Nikola Dragicevic, Aleksandar Markovic, Miroslav Aleksic, Vojislav Mihailovic and Dr Danijela Vujicic.
