16th session of the Privatisation Committee
At its sixteenth session, held on 13 July, the Privatisation Committee discussed the request of minority shareholder representatives, the industrial action committee and the trade union to re-examine the privatisation process of Arandjelovac-based Vencac Joint-Stock Company.
At its sixteenth session, held on 13 July, the Privatisation Committee discussed the request of minority shareholder representatives, the industrial action committee and the trade union to re-examine the privatisation process of Arandjelovac-based Vencac Joint-Stock Company.
The Committee also discussed the request made by shareholders of Backa Palanka-based Podunavlje Joint-Stock Company to re-examine the privatisation process, as well as the request of employees of Boljevac-based Nemetali-Timok, also concerning the re-examination of the privatisation process.
