16th Sitting of the European Integration Committee
At the sitting held on 26 March, the European Integration Committee considered and adopted the Bill on Special Measures for the Prevention of Crimes against Sexual Freedom against Minors and the Bill on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime, in principle.
Elaborating the bills, the representative of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration stressed that both the bills complied with the conventions of the Council of Europe, United Nations and European Parliament directives regulating the spheres the proposed legislation relates to.
This sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Delevic.
