16th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 28 December 2020, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Maja Macuzic Puzic.

The Committee ascertained that the resignation of MP Maja Macuzic Puzic falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Luka Kebara, Branimir Spasic, Marijana Krajnovic, Sanja Brankovic Jefic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Marina Ragus, Violeta Ocokoljic, Nebojsa Bakarec and Ivana Nikolic.
